Appointments

To make an appointment with a provider at Novant Health Family Medicine Residency Clinic,:

• Call us at 336-969-9158 between 7 a.m. and noon or 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
• Use MyChart to schedule anytime online.

If you or your child need to be seen quickly because of illness or injury, let us know that when you call. We reserve same-day and next-day appointments for sick or injured patients whenever possible.

Morning sick clinic

From 7 a.m. until 8 a.m. each morning, established patients with an acute illness such as a sore throat, cough or upset stomach can be seen without an appointment during our morning sick clinic. Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. This service is available only to patients who have previously seen a provider in our office.
