Prescription refills

If a provider at Novant Health Rural Hall Family Medicine prescribed a medication for you or your child and you need a refill, contact your pharmacy when you have at least a three-day supply of that medication remaining. This will give your pharmacy time to refill your prescription or to contact our office if permission is needed. Calling our office instead of your pharmacy could delay your refill.
